It fits you if you already have long videos and want a lot of short clips cut from them. If you want original editing with custom motion graphics, Starter and above is the better fit.
It varies by project, so we agree timings on the brief rather than quote one number for everything. Growth and Scale include priority turnaround, and we can put a project on priority when a deadline calls for it.
Two rounds per asset on Starter, three on Growth, and unlimited within scope on Scale. Changes that go beyond the scope we agreed are quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
It has not come up yet. If a project does not match what we agreed, we keep revising until it does, rather than leave you with something you will not post.
Monthly is the minimum and six months is the longest we sign. You can move between tiers partway through a contract as your output changes.
No. Budget is allocated to the team per project, so once work has started it is committed. What you get instead is revisions: we would rather get a project right than refund a disappointing one.
